About Me

IMG_7137Many people have a great idea of their career path in life starting at a young age.  For me, it never really came that easy.  I tried a few different paths after high school, never really feeling fulfilled.  I craved so desperately to say that I was “living out my dream”, but couldn’t.  I began to fall in love with photography in high school, and that love for it only grew stronger as time went on.  I found myself spending hours on end looking at different photographers’ blogs, and loved getting lost in the images.  I was so drawn to the feeling that photos brought to me and was captivated by the idea of capturing these moments in people’s lives and preserve those emotions forever.  It was then that I was determined to make that dream a reality, and the rest in history!  One of the best parts of my job is getting to love, serve, and connect with so many different people.  It’s so important to me that my couple’s aren’t treated as another transaction, but that we become great friends in the process!

I am so blessed to be married to my high school sweetheart, Stephen, and together we have two sweet boys who truly complete us.  Stephen and I met back in 2004 when we were both sophomores in high school.  He and his twin brother used to come in to Dairy Queen all the time every so often, and I would serve them their ice cream.  We became friends “over the counter”, eventually started dating, and have been together ever since!  We’re both originally from Oregon, but relocated to the Boston area in 2012 shortly before our first son was born to help build & support a non-denominational Christian church, and are so grateful for all the ways God has shaped and guided us along the way!  In our free time you can find us spending time with our family and friends, trying out a new restaurant, going out for coffee or exploring the outdoors.  We love living in New England and are so fortunate to be able to serve this area, but love traveling as well!

I very much look forward to connecting with you!
